Wednesday, September 24, 2014 - Islamabad—Former President and PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari said that PTI Chairman Imran Khan was politically immature.

In an exclusive interview with a private Tv channel he said there is a threat to economy, not democracy, due to sit-ins being staged by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) in Islamabad.

He said that he himself went to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif following the sit-ins. “It is our responsibility to protect democracy,” he explained.

Zardari said that MQM chief Altaf Hussain knew how to launch a new product in politics. “Altaf Bhai keeps changing his mood.”
