I love this pic,it was the very first time that the saudis had ever publicly shown off these missiles........25 years after they had actually received them from the chinese,waaaay way back in 1989!!.
Even more unbelievably the saudis have still to this very day never even test fired one of these missiles!!

They need to sign an MOU before China sends Technicians to fire the missiles for them.l

The one who bought them probably tested them ... but you test a missile for two reasons first as an exercise to train your forces for wartime, secondly to find and address malfunctions for more improvement.
Saudi at least for now ain't a missile producer like China Russia or Iran to test their missile on routines bases ... but still it'd be strange to have missile and its facility but no test despite cooperation with Ukraine and China.
