Probably, but then you never know, they want to copy China's model of heavy investments of 3 trillion $ in infrastructure which proved successful during the 2008 global slump and helped China and a number of countries to pass through without falling into a recession.

India wants to follow the model by investing in infra to boost up growth, China's doing the same again but it's not reviving the markets this time around, if India goes for it I don't know how successful it might be..

The difference is in governance you can do it better and faster because of your regime, here in India anybody and everybody can protest and file litigation's against any infra project leading to the matter pending in courts for years. In China you can empty out entire towns in one night - but here, if overnight some people build a temple or a mosque near a project than there has to be major design changes incorporated in the project to go all around that mosque or temple to avoid demolition.

The indians have their standard responses, but the truth of the matter is that they have 80 of their military against the borders if Pakistan. A nation that is at least 4 times smaller than itself. Indians are good at making bollywood films, but at the end of the day they fear Pakistan. Chinesr people must understand that Ibdians are the dog that barks near your home.
