Courts need to first answer why model town massacre case is yet to be decided despite Dharna of Qadri and intervention of army chief Raheel Sharif and chief justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar of that time. Why Lohar High Court bench hearing model town case keeps breaking for the past 8 years? Where is late night speedy justice for the innocent victims of Sharif mafia terrorism?
Courts need to first answer why they deliver speedy justice to Sharif mafia in hours, on holidays, late at night while others have to wait for years in similar cases?

Why should I debate court verdicts when they are engineered to give speedy justice to some and avoid giving speedy justice to others? Engineering of judicial process needs to stop and only then we can debate court verdicts

First and foremost judicial process needs to be fair for everyone in a society based on rule of law. That's not the case in Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan can take Suo Moto at the prerogative of individual judges. How is that fair in rule of law? Secondly cause list of cases to be heard in court is extremely biased towards rich and powerful. A poor unknown individual would have to wait for years in jail for his case to be heard by superior judiciary. There is a backlog of tens of thousands of cases and yet these senior judges have time to make 3 benches a day to hear petition of Maryam Nawaz. They have time to open courts on holidays, late at night and even deliver justice without the accused appearing in court while hiding in his basement from police (Hamza Shahbaz). They have time to delay all corruption cases against Sharif mafia but want speedy vote and oath taken for the same Sharif mafia. Is this twisted judicial process fair in your opinion?

Justice system is full of flaws, but instead of taking tangential potshots, why not post a new thread challenging the legality of the SC's decision which has you all so worked up. Address the source of your concerns if you're so inclined.

It's valid criticism as I said before. There was a thread when this news came out, you'll find my comments criticising them there.
I'm focussing here on people venting their annoyance at SC decisions re PTI by tangentially saying that judiciary is wrong on xyz.
