You can find alot of Pakistanis in Long island or staten island but almost none in bronx. That's why I am there.Yea lotta Queens Bengalis. Are there alot of Pakistanis in the Bronx? I would think much less than in Queens and Brooklyn.

You are absolutely right my friend. I spent almost 3 years living in Maryland and virginia while working in DC. It was really boring there and I got depressed just by looking at south asians there. Being noisy and not respecting ones personal boundary is the main reason I tend to avoid them.I know all about Long Island as I grew up there. You appreciate NY desis AFTER you move away trust me.
Why not a Bengali name . Or is that too Indian and you prefer white namesIm not using my real name for obvious reasons. Just a random name I picked
IBH I have more of a connection to american culture as opposed to my Bengali Heritage. Its not one or the other, its a mixture of both. Most Desis in the US have similar experiences. Why not a Bengali name . Or is that too Indian and you prefer white names
