A morbid fear of and strong belief in the black arts ....

Like bangalis (also heavily into it) I am drawn strongly to anything supernatural. So anything to do with ghosts, ghouls, chudails, Ajmer Sharif type exorcism things, me and my best friend are first in line saaar. Massively fataoing but unable to resist.

Fear leads to being superstitious. That's my thinking. The black arts well its stupidity you know, an art that cannot be used to self benefit is useless and most probably ridiculous. Subcontinent remains backward because gora found his black art by benefiting from laws of natural, making the best use of them and progressing.

Man is a self destructive animal. It is utopian to believe that everything he does is for self benefit. When the overwhelming evidence is that the need to hurt others is a stronger primal instinct than to do good to oneself.

There is evil in this world I. You should wake up and open your eyes to that reality. You can continue to be good. That does not mean that others close to you around you are the same ....

That would be difference between a man and a human. To hurt others ..... is always for self benefit, may it be pleasure, ego, hunting for sake of trophies, spreading the concrete jungle, satisfying lust, jealousy, getting a better car etc etc the list is unending. The pyramid of needs (I think its called masslow's theory) is all about one's own personal satisfaction, which is basically one's own benefit. For example, the most disturbing image that I came across recently is this one ....... look at this beautiful animal, and witness how nature nurtured it and how a man paid USD 50,000 to hunt it down ...... what for? so he can hang that animal's head on a wall.

What would you do doc? I would have spared once I was sure that its in my cross hairs and its just a matter of pulling the trigger.

probably they have adapted as it practised by majority of people .. still there is a possibility of finding a tenant ..agar daam sasta ho tu people do compromise

I am very adamant with those people that they have to pay full price if they want me to make some minor structural changes. One even said to remove a pillar in one of the bed rooms. I just told him nicely that it is not possible and that they don't have to take it.

Try selling to younger people. It is mostly the old wealthy folk who talk about all this. A young guy will jump at any financially sound deal.

A young guy with family will do. I am willing to forego 10K in rent, if the family is small. Most young people are migrating to hitech city area where even Rs 2 lakh rent is possible for a luxurious flat. Most of my customers are jewellers and business people.
