A young guy with family will do. I am willing to forego 10K in rent, if the family is small. Most young people are migrating to hitech city area where even Rs 2 lakh rent is possible for a luxurious flat. Most of my customers are jewellers and business people.

Businessmen are frequently superstitious. You have to look for a young city- type person. Ideally through a broker.

I thought you were looking to sell. Renting should be quite easy. I have never heard of any young person talking about vastu when they are renting. I typically look for a non intrusive and non conservative landlord when I'm looking to rent, and a good looking flat.

Make sure home has good alignment for light reception, good windows for ventilation.

My criteria is to check sewage systems, water system, drainage; check electricals, go into roof to see if there is no leaks and clay tiles are solid with no gaps, no issues in trusses etc. Then check foundation permit for termite injection (for our area).

Man, all the rubbish with numbering, chi of a home etc. Give me your home and will have it renovated and even holy man will live in it.

My tips for you to pass any bogus money making schemes:
1. Get your self good oil based paint which is neutral and bright. Like light cream.
2. Paint the ceiling with super white paint. Make sure there is no leaking roof.
3. Check your ceiling fans and make sure they are working.
4. Check and lubricate window locks/latches.

It is a 2 year old home. I don't have any other problems with repairs. Most of my customers are Marwari class who look for vastu and chi before they move into the building whether for residential or commercial.

no clue on the various groups in India. But just give it a good coat of neutral bright paint. if they dont take then there are plenty of others who can. Here we dont deal with that stuff. Main thing is large yard if you want to grow your own vegetables etc. normally it is around 60mx40m area homes are built in my city.
