Investigators are suspecting that the IEDs were meant for several low-intensity series of blasts in major cities including Kolkata.

Food for thought. Modi was givena visa after this incident when the BJP under Vajapee was still in power. His US visa was revoked in 2005 when Congress was in power. Congress not the US was behind getting Modi blacklisted.

If that is the case, then the Centre needs to act and overrule what is going on. Get the Supreme Court involved. National Security takes precedence over everything. In the US, there is something called Marshall Law, maybe India has it. If not, then Modi needs to get it passed so the gov't can take over and correct a corrupt system.
