I think you are good to go. Despite many others Indian are worst, our policy should change to ban them if high negative records given.

So far our Moderator policy is similar to Nawaz Sharif's policy toward India friendly with sweets and gulab jamun.

Yes . I'll follow all the rules and mostly be confined to the Indian Political corner. That is the only one I care about.
