You have an excess capacity in Construction and building. Build more cities and build them smart. Beijing is such a big city, but the density compared to many modern cities is fairly low. Hong Kong is a very dense place, yet it is able to maintain very high living standards.

The amount of jobs is directly related to the size of economy, and sectors of the economy. More graduates, and bigger market creates more jobs servicing and sustaining it.

Directly? I think if the efficiency and productivity per capita is low, jobs are more. If Japan has similar low productivity per capita as China, Japan has already died out.

Market could not provides more vacancies by only the soar of population. Even the population is not a key element, it is pertinent to the economy vigour. If you have no opportunity of making money, labour would only be burdensome.

Creating enough new jobs is the number one task for Chinese government in a bid to stabilize the society. One of the reason a bloody demonstration happened in Linshui of Sichuan Province for an HSR project on 16th May, is that local people find that if their county is not linked to HSR network and has abysmal transportation, their original jobs are on the decline and new jobs cannot be created. They feel threatened having heard the bad news, thus so many pro-development demonstrations happen in China, for more projects, thus more jobs and more possibility.

China should do what Europeans did centuries ago; dump extra population into others' countries. Today, more ethnic Europeans live outside of Europe than Europe itself. China should do the same, it should settle its own citizens into other countries, and turn the original populations into insignificant minorities.

That's impossible as well as impractical. The world is no longer available for exploration and exploitation unlike the European colonization of the New World. The idea of nation state is firmly set.

Besides, China historically is not an expansionist/colonialist power.

Whatever solution there is, it is to be found inside China's national borders.
