He wont survive post 2014 very long. The best that might be done is that Kabul will remain a state city with expanded strongholds depending upon American presence.. while the Taliban will slowly move into ANA areas and just remain there as presence not actually allowing the ANA to hold any position whatsoever. Desertions might happen has well in the outlying towns and areas.And he still doesnt know how to save his own backside first before lending help to potential Indian state terrorism

Sure, it may not end up as the 90's Afghanistan with all things scattered.. but it will not be a "stable" state. Rather much like Sri Lanka with large sections under Taliban control. In that mix, the Indians may continue to try and assist the ANA in creating trouble for Pakistan but as such their effectiveness(and safety.. as an Indian stands out among Afghans) will be much weaker compared to with the Americans presence.
