First, the possibility of overt war is extremely low.
In terms of Conventional war- Bangladesh will lose within 5 hours, given the current state of military. Air force and navy will capitulate within 5 hours.
But, BD will resort to guerilla warfare. Bangladesh military doctrine has always been defensive and suited for guerilla warfare. We don't have the luxury of being an aggressor. It will be another Afghanistan and Vietnam, and India will face the same fate as US, over the long run.
