Its basically the car's exhaust outlet raised up. This way you keep the mud, water, etc out of the exhaust system.

The motorcycle helmet is for the LMG-man and it's not meant for bullet proofing, it's meant for the purpose of protecting the guy's head and face from being hurt in case of a fall due to sudden breaking.

I think it's their to keep his head warm and to have good visibility while the vehicle is in motion and not be disturbed by the gushing air.

There is a diff between the levels of security & protocol of PM of a nation and that of regular army officers .

and maybe he is officer of higher rank..
maybe it also can be a convey of an officer leading guards for some other purpose ...

Most probably. Lahore cantt has alot of QRF's patrolling, especially near the corp commanders residence. They also have QRF written on the side door as I remember.

Today when I was coming to my office I saw Two Vehicles of Pakistan Army one was Dark Green Toyota Hilux on which one soldier wearing Motorcycle Helmet with Machine Gun on it and few other soldiers wearing Bullet Proof Jackets and Sun Glasses carrying MP-5 Guns were going some where and behind them was car which front was looked like Land Rover and behind their were around 6 Soldiers sitting with HK G3 and that car had co lour I think it was Khakee so can any one tell which is that pick up type car called ??
