Ideas for a Summer House

A summer house should be made from timber to keep it warm but it will be multilayered wall structure for retaining heat, avoid condensation and moulding, sound isolation for the bed rooms.
Pool should be covered so I would have to design a pergola for it.

Now I have designed the garage but I have to design a ramp for it

Reminds me Sims 4 when i use to build whatever i want. But you got the idea to real life.
Where's the Porch (برآمدہ) as you will build it here InshaAllah and it looks more familiar to the western summer houses which lack a porch in front or on sides.

if you work in Pakistan or open a business, of course you will be able to rent or buy a building but a lawyer can tell better about it since it is not usual for normal Pakistanis to know this info.

It is my dream to have a homes in northern areas of Pakistan and somewhere in Norway or Sweden ...
I will make shades and pergolas but it is just the basic concept..it is very similar to my residence in Sweden

Yes I agree with you..Murree has become overcrowded especially in summer so no way..though I like Mushkpuri, nathiagali, ghora Gali, Kalabagh but my favorite places are Thandiyani, Kalam, Bahrain, Naltar, Rama/Astor, Skardu and Chitral.. but what I will make sure is that I have the minimum impact on the local ecology and dedicate some funds for cleaning and educating the visitor/tourist to that area.
