There hasn't been any message from Putin or Russia that they may not extend their cooperation with Pakistan while they are happy to extend ties with India. Infect jealousy towards Pakistan is an important factor in Indian thinking and they are more likely to buy from Russia if they know they can deny Russia-Pakistan deals that way. Its a very smart move by Putin and India is happily falling to it.
