When a country hands over a death sentence to a person without backing it by evidence, tries everything in its power to pass the death sentence as quickly as possible despite being warned by ICJ, then the country is probably inching closer to being a lawless state. The jurisdiction has been established in this case already.
The ICJ heard the matter and delivered its judgment.
Its a fact.
Cant be denied.

No it does not and Pakistan can still deny the same. There are certain citations and other rulings to prove as such. However stay is granted yet in easy words, it is still up-to Pakistan either entertain ICJ or not.
