Everybody, included the mods (especially the mods) knows he is not an indisn. But because of the low quality of this forum, no action will be taken. They will ban me for saying this, but this fake dude pretending to be a ex-sikh officer they will lesve be.
Just ignore and move on.
I am 100% expecting this response, not surprised at all.
Yes flag is wrong but since Khalistani flag is not available hence I have to use my oppressor's flag.
And please call me false flag again if you wish to get banned.
Kindly explain which guy?Pakistan(army) has invested too much in this guy......
@Icarus @The EagleI just called you a false flagger, cos thats what you are. I'm from a family with a long history of serving Indian armed forces and you pretending to have served Indian army is an insult to them sll. Not end of the world to get banned from this pathetic forum.
And I am here as a proof of Indian brutality, I served in Indian army but when Sikh started freedom struggle Hindu officers and Jawan starts asking our love for country we forced to prove our Desh-Bakti by killing our own youth but I refuse and as result they court martialled me and sent me in a jail by labelling me pro Khalistani.
And now I am pro Khalistan and Pro Kashmir.
Sir you are totally wrong at some points but I am agreed on rest.I personally believe Sikhs were always patriotic Indians and they never wanted separation; All they wanted a Province aka State of Punjab within India but Indian government was too paranoid to have a majority Sikh province soon after partition.
Indira Gandhi used Bhindrawale for own political gains and suppress here political opponent and at the end she got him martyred.
What later reached Golden Temple massacre everyone knows that but it is Hindu Indians who do not want to see the facts without bias.
And if these Indians are questioning loyalties of people like you this a shame for them because Sikhs are still loyal to India.
The Hindu majority Indians cannot abuse SIkhs the way they are doing with other minorities because Sikhs are well off community.
Kulbhushan Jadhav case: Reversal of sentence not a foregone conclusion, says expert

NEW DELHI: While India has got the provisional measures it had sought from ICJ when it initiated proceedings against Pakistan in Kulbhushan Jadhav case on May 8, a much tougher test lies ahead at the international Court which will now consider the issues involved in greater details.
As per the procedures involved, ICJ President Ronny Abraham is now expected to meet representatives of both nations to prepare a timeline for filing of written submissions to take the case forward. Pakistan is likely to challenge ICJ's jurisdiction and, in that case, the court may want to settle this issue first before going ahead with India's petition.
India's final objective is that ICJ set aside Jadhav's conviction and order his release. According to international lawyer and former law clerk at ICJ Shashank Kumar, who had predicted that ICJ was not going to be influenced by Pakistan's arguments about jurisdiction and lack of urgency in the matter, it is far from clear whether or not the Court can grant such a request by India. The ICJ, which has acknowledged Pakistan's violation of VCCR, may simply ask Islamabad to review and reconsider possibly through a domestic process the Jadhav case.
"In past cases concerning denial of consular access, the Court has usually ordered the respondent country to undertake a 'review and reconsideration' of the sentence and conviction by means of its choosing, eg., through the domestic judicial process, taking into account the violation of the rights under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations," said Kumar.
"Leaving aside the fact that all the previous cases involved the United States as the respondent, were the Court to award similar relief in this case, Pakistan could simply undertake such review and reconsideration under its domestic legal system," he added.
There is of course no guarantee that such review by Pakistan would lead to Jadhav's release, as desired by India.
According to Kumar, at this stage, it would probably be in India's interest to stretch the ICJ case as long as possible, as this would at least ensure that in keeping with today's order, Jadhav is not executed by Pakistan while the case is pending before the ICJ.
Same India is saying.....why exhaust yourself . Just let Jadehv go through the process in Pakistan where his last hope will be presidential Mercy Appeal and Trust me such appeals keep staying the table of the president for years and years and years and the execution gets delaying
Pakistan laws & justice system stood to its reputations one more time, extension of its complicit narrative on green terror.
ICJ decision vindicated the sham trial run by military court of Pakistan in the name of complying due judicial process while quenching Pakistani thirst of Indian blood behind the curtain.
I still feel KY would have been killed & this entire fiasco has been created to cover that cold blooded murder.
journo ? some one who is so partisan and communal cannot be a journalist.@Spring Onion It seems you are a journo, you must know.
Here is the funny part, how these ppl selectively interpret laws.Last time we crossed the border it wasnt a pleasant sight on the other side. When will you guys stop shooting yourself in the foot?
I mean you guys rejected consular access to the person concerned despite being a signatory at Vienna convention. When a country hands over a death sentence to a person without backing it by evidence, tries everything in its power to pass the death sentence as quickly as possible despite being warned by ICJ, then the country is probably inching closer to being a lawless state. More than anything its your own people who should be worried about the way your courts function.
