What makes you think the Chinese will stand by Pakistan in war? they haven't helped in the past and i doubt they will in the future.

And one of the main reasons why is because of our diplomacy . think about it ... even though we are competitors(India and china) we have almost a 100 billion trade with each other . we try to defuse any situation on the border with talks . and you feel they will drop this for pakistan?

by the way nice seeing that we look at fighting a war with two fronts but you feel the need to have someone to fight along with you. cant you handle us on your own?

I have no doubts, not only china but also US will bail out Pakistan in case of an all out war against India. Both china and US wont let it's traditional ally i.e. Pakistan military fall against India.

Well atleast you admit to the incompetence of the pak forces to take on India, by themselves.

It has nothing to do with competence....Pak military is competent enough... the problem lies in inherently larger size of India and it's economy. If India outguns pakistan, remember china outguns India too...

My reply was restricted to appreciating the acknowledgment from a pakistani member that Pakistan, unable to take on India alone, would either need divine assistance or that of Beijing.

Before we talk war on two front we should Store more ammunition other wise it will be like Kargil shopping @ the last moment .Pakistan is Fcuking us from last 50 years and gave us so many chance to finish it but i guess our army can only fight with it own population in JK and northeast.

Seriously, an Indian Pakistan war is no Joke. Pakistan is not the Philippines or Vietnam, Pakistan has modern weapons or weapons in Philippine's case.

Read a history book. Vietnam was pretty damn strong. As for Pakistan, it has been defeated many times by India, just look at Bangladesh.

This whatever "joint strategy crap" will come into the picture when pakistan needs something done ! From the look of things, two possibilities are there. One is, an ex serviceman with apparent quality exposure, who should have ideally been more refined and restrained in analysis and thoughts, instead of being a moderating influence between two warring factions has turned into a resident troll with shoot and scoot tactics. OR

more plausible, his account has been hacked.

As for us, we have been worked over by Pakistan over decades. Its only now that we are gaining capacity and capability to return the favour, whether be through foreign policy or otherwise. So no need to be apologetic. We should work towards getting stronger both militarily and in international influence.
At the same time relations with mature countries like China will continue as normal irrespective of border buildup or "preparation for two front war".
