In reality, both China and India are trying to clear the disputes and even if it is at snail speed, they are focusing more on trade.

Point is both nations have different objectives and challenges and working against each other will mean unnecessary time investment which is crucial in this century, let's say at least for a decade or two.

No need of chest-thumping and what 1962 was, both nations learned from each other that war is not a good way for nations of size and population of both nations.

The West is more wary of growing economic ties of India and China and constant common grounds coming into picture. Whether it is investment in Africa, Afghanistan, oil from Iran and bilateral trade. This economic zone that can form between both countries will boost each other's growth and hence increase say of both nations at world stage.

If one looks closely, nations are aligning with China or India and Russia becoming a common friend, is creating a new unique block. Its not like NATO. Its more of competing while cooperating with each other to keep third party from competition.

So its time we should look at bigger picture and analyze how much both countries can benefit each other.

My friend Krait, i kind appreciate the way you put China and India relaionship. Both Country shall compete and cooperate with each other, and make 21th centuary for ASIA. First we shall settle down border dispute by negotiation for lasting peace, and making time for our economic growth. Now USA and Japanese right wing Party push Japan in a path of war with China by consistent provocation in the east sea. China and India shall communicate in frequent way to ensure any misunderstanding will be eradicated ASAP. We shall get a brain to mouth filter on stuff regarding the stability of relationship on both Countries, and build up positive ones for our offspring. Who cares when you were split in 2 and ninety thousand of your soldiers surrendered. You may have won a battle but we won the war.

PLEASE give them a rest.East and West Pakistan was separated by almost 3000 km and it was impossible to hold against a foe like India.So,the liberation of Bangladesh itself is not that much important to celebrate.But which should be praised is that the incredibly high pace in which the objective was achieved.

An other important thing to remember is the combined armed operation by Indian Army,IAF and IN.They used blitzkreig tactics with tremendous success in a terrain which is possinly most unsuitable for the same!!That's another thing to celebrate.

And the most notable success of Indian Armed Forces was not on the eastern front,but on the western front!!Because despite of having deployed formidable military strength by the West Pakistanis,Indian armed forces were able to capture a hopping 5500 sq miles of Pakistani territory.That's an achievement to note.

If people look closely, they would certainly come to know that you are brain dead while making such a statement which is full of assumptions; China, Russia and India are becoming friends. Can't even say that you joke, you don't even have the aesthetic composure to do that.

Not long ago the Indian PM Vajpayee in a letter to world leaders stated that China is the reason behind India's nuclear tests. Not long ago India's defence ministers have repeated again and again that China is India's number one enemy. Not long ago India announced raising two additional mountain divisions against China. India is in a process to raise 2-3 strike coprs, an artillery division, 1-2 armoured divisions and an assortment of other defence related infrastructure is being upgraded - all against China. Friends don't do that.
