As I said, world should learn from the land of pure how to tackle pandemics and improve health infra. India is a nobody.

Well, if India had an out of control army chief, the IMF wouldn’t be begging India, they would simply massage the oversized ego of the said army chief and a comprehensive policy shift would happen within hours.

I would be genuinely surprised if the Indian army somehow ever managed to control the entire nation even with an “out of control” army chief. I doubt they would even have an idea on how to go about it. For what it’s worth every Indian is used to “democracy” now. I can’t even imagine the possibility today.

Stating a well known fact, the Indian armed forces (by design) have little to no role when it comes to home affairs

I think that India has a nutrition problem, not a hunger problem.

Typical Indian food I eat everyday is loaded with carbs, but my European / North American colleagues eat a lot of meat and fresh greens. Diet preference has cultural roots, I think. It is not like I'm living in poverty wage
