I Need help!!! :(

.
It belongs to a company and I had to buy their video. I can not upload any link as such. It belongs to an online training company.

I am very dilettante.could u explain how?

Windows 7!
I can take screen shots when this training video is off.
Screenshots can't capture Directx drawn graphics easily. Video screenshots can't be taken from the Windows media player. Since you can't install VLC you can try the following -

If you don't have the rights to change the settings, try this -

If you have the bandwidth, upload the video somewhere(Youtube, say). Then play it and take screenshots of your browser's player.

Thanks!!
Its working now..I used the snip tool. Before I posted this thread I didnt know how to use it. I had to get through 2 software, one was staad pro which would not let me take screen shots of the tool box windows and other was a training video that I had bought, which had screen shot function disabled (may be for piracy reasons).

But thanks a million guyzz..you all were prompt.
FYI : @SarthakGanguly and @Nova2 :)

I need help guys!!!
I need to prepare a presentation from a video and it seems my PRINT SCREEN doesnt work while this video is on .
This video can not be played in any other windows media player/VLC media player etc, it belongs to another company and it runs on their software.In short they have disabled such a function for piracy reasons (I think)
Is there any way I can go around it and circumvent it?? :(

I tried googling it already but all in vain. :(

@jamahir @Jazzbot @SarthakGanguly @kurup @DRAY @arp2041 @Horus @Leader @Nova2
@OrionHunter @Armstrong @SpArK and others... :(

I use cam studio recorder, see if thats helpful to record the video to your hard drive.

You bought a video??

A training video??? Who the frack buys a video from any online site?

Give their link to me, I can probably get the video for free and taking a screenshot is not a issue at all no matter what.

Glad you figured it out. Its easy with snipping tool.

. .
Heck! I arrived late for the party! :undecided: I was to advise you about the snipping tool too! Anyway, you got the gen you required from fellow members, so all I can do now is to wish you the best of luck for your presentation!!

By the way, try Ant Video Downloader: Download videos from any website! - Ant.com too. After you install it you can download any darn video on the net and then play it back on your WMP or VLC etc where you can pause any time and take any number of video grabs to your heart's content!

Cheers! :cheers:
