I think you didnt get what I said...

You claimed nawazu resisted American pressure to do the tests but reality is Nawazu crumbled in front of that pressure and backed off from the tests but it was Nawazus Cabinet that pressured Nawazu and it was Army which pressured Nawazu to do the tests so how can Nawazu claim credit for tests ?

And yes Cabinet decides Defence budget but its the army who decides how the budget is spent so saying Nawazu made JF17 is laughable...

And COAS is appointed by president of Pakistan on advise of PM except once when it was Mehran Banks CEO who requested Musharaf to be COAS and Nawazu made Musharaf COAS even tho agencies gave report that Mushi is garam dimagh and shouldn't be leading army...
