Bring up statistics to back up that claim. Like you said, Rape happens everywhere and India is a big part of humanity. And India is definitely not Rape capital or whatever. So I suggest you to research a bit more before you make such claims.

Infact India is no where near to be called Rape capital. Not even of South asia. Bangladesh takes the cake there.
