Yah I am saying even with the BD sourced ( institutional and corruption hazard) data, BD stagnating in development LOL. The WHO versus UNICEF data diligence (and hence their respective windows offered to BBS and whatever corrupt administration in power in BD) is quite telling w.r.t HDI components of BD (health vs education essentially). BD can lie a lot easier on its health than it can on education, but now the lies on health are catching up essentially (they are not enough to propel the HDI index numbers anymore like they used to)....and education is simply not improving fast enough (and BD cannot lie as much on it). Hence why BD expanded by like 4 points or so in HDI for last several years, whereas India always adding double of that points-wise in comparison (AND being ahead in the first place...i.e the situation should be reversed). Thats the reality of your claimed stellar socio-economic development that Bilal was creaming about for last cpl years dissipating so fast and hard now! HCR and HDI...just the beginning. More to come!

All data from BD is institutionally devoid and corruption brimmed. Who picks it up outside for whatever reason and purpose (be it the media, UN) without accounting for and standardising the quality of that credibility in the first place (like say some of them do with say North Korea) means their transmission of the conclusions/message is faulty at best and false at worst. Now go watch "butthole bangladesh" on youtube some more YOU tarmac defecating lungi. The feces doesn't stick out in BD, because BD is basically layered in it (all that sediment accumulating and you just pile on top of it, writing it off on paper thinking it means something)....just look at dhaka liveability index and its sanitation index...or heck the pictures...yuck!
