Yes, that is what he said. They he saw what was happening and foresee that Muslims will be oppressed just like they are now so he gave the idea of a separate nation for Muslims of Hindustan!!

Come on dude, this is basic history lessons that i though ever one was aware of!!

this my friend is hilarious
Would you mind sharing how old you are?

@Joe Shearer @hellfire boss you have your fair share of these types as well

Since you have tagged. What made him feel that the Muslims will be oppressed? Perhaps the systematic dismantling of the Nawabs in India? Or was it the ex-communication of the last Mughal Emperor to Rangoon in the aftermath of the 1857 insurrection?

I am not very clear on these aspects as I have never felt a requirement to actually study it. Can you elaborate?

History and PDF are antithetical. Photoshop, outright fabrication and re-writting, is the theme. Why now this?

Very small percentage. But gaining traction. No doubt. And they will.

Democracy, you see.

Like @Joe Shearer said, khakhi chaddi and green chaddis. They are proliferating.

Don't waste time. It is nowadays PDF pass time to find the stupidest thing and gain traction. I think high time name was changed from PDF to the Troll Forum.

What do you think @Arsalan?

My answer would be short: It was primarily due to an inability to change with the times that led the Muslim elites to fear losing their positions of pre-eminence that they had enjoyed for hundreds of years, and led to taking away a piece of the pie to remain dominant over, no matter how achieved.

My Dear Sir.

The question was directed at the specific Gentleman to drive in the point that there was absolutely no threat to Muslims till it was made out to be.

The most maligned (rightly or wrongly) Veer Savarkar, espoused Hindu-Muslim unity in his write up in 1909, where, he, for the first time, appropriated Karl Marx's description of 1857 as First War of Independence. Of course, one need not overlook the Indian National Congress' efforts to merge a purely religious issue with the Independence movement (the Khilafat; a move bitterly opposed by MA Jinnah), thereby doing what is never a good idea: mixing religion & politics. And Veer Savarkar's views, by 1932 (?), had changed, so had MA Jinnah's!

It is really amusing to note that there remains, even the most sensible of members here, a desire to overlook the basic instincts innate to a human being - that of the idea of power. :)

You, as usual, have the bad habit of calling an apple as such. ;)

Tv soap joker, being taken far too seriously to warrant 4 pages.

Reading #47 and #49, the TV Soap jokers are being taken excessively seriously just to create something to quarrel about. I don't know how this started, and it isn't worth taking seriously, but whoever started the thread had specific intent in mind.

Oh what I have suffered for all my bad habits, Sir! :D

(But I shall carry on, regardless.)

If I may dare to add to my previous post, it is interesting to see the evolution of thought from collaboration to separation in the major players and as it is portrayed by the historical narratives of both sides, without going into details.

After all, the name was proposed over a raised glass of chablis in Merry Old.

That's not the first time, you grew up on such nonsense.
Same goes in Iran, public there also think that they are militarily superior to Pakistan and can over ran Pakistan, as and when they wish.

It is a common intent. When the nation has nothing good to discuss, you try and foster the 'feel good' factor by flogging a common enemy. That has always been Pakistani's sole unifying point.

If all Indian members and trolls (except for the false falggers still here) were to move out, they will be flogging each other over Rizvi-libtard utterances :)
