Why did the survey even ask about MMS as PM for 2014? He has already said he is retiring next year. Also there is no need to get all excited about one poll. In US presedential races such polls are two a penny and are punished 2-3 times a week. A lot can change from now to 2014 elections. Let's wait and see. Which ever party can deliver economically deserves to win- I hope the elections reflect this.
