Gorkha will join Indian Army in 2023. Instead Nepali Gorkhas are now likely to join China's

People's Liberation Army & fight against India. There are currently 7 Gorkha Regiments in the Indian Army, with 40 battalions & a total of 40,000 soldiers [mostly are Nepali Gorkhas]. Nepali Gorkha soldiers in Indian Army are considered brave & tough soldiers like Sikh soldiers & are prefered over Indian Hindu soldiers.
