What I wish for; nature + highrise buildings/offices, think Panama Canal like. Good connection thanks to public transport. Also some historical buildings instead of just modern stuff to attract tourists.

What I expect; concrete, gray mass, concrete, no parks, no grass, no trees, no nature. Building contracts given to AKP-clique turning rich. Insert a couple of culturless AVM's and tadaa.

Damn, if things go as Erdoğan planned this building will be presidential residence? Even if not I expected something more iconic.. this one looks shitty... antalya adalet sarayı has more charm...

It is not residence. It is "Başbakanlık" building. Current one is in Kızılay near Güven Park.
