Broadcom BCM47531 GNSS also receive signals from Beidou, so I think china company cannot get additional advantage from it.

Yeah display looks promising. Also China is strong in fingerprint scanners as well.

As for memory, let's see. If China succeeds in memory it will be a big deal because memory is one of the biggest costs in a mobile.

Besides, it's not like China is importing the components, they just have to buy them from factory 14 which also makes them for Samsung/LG/Sony.

Yes, it also supply to oppo, vivo and mi phone. But a fingerprint sensor is very cheap in a phone.

Moreover, goodix supply capacitive touch controllers to samsung super amoled. So, it can also supply BOE's OLED touch panel in furture.
