the reason why obama came to 2 and Hu to 1st is:-
In mid-term elections yesterday, the republican won the house seats,so now,if Obams want to pass any bill, the republicans have to agree for that, but before, there was no objection..
So his power on America came down
and Wu,is a president of communist china, every people of china has to listen him,no one should object him, there should be no protest other wise u'll end like xiabo..
So wu came 1 and obama came 2..
These rankings are in terms of the power of the person on his country not whole world..
As sonia gandhi has some influence in india she is 9th
these are the main reasons..
Hope u guys understood
Come on Buddy,Don't try to cover up..Funny how Sonia Gandhi has more influence than your actual prime minister. Lots of people would love to be Xiaobo. He was unemployed and had no income (though miraculously, had a million RMB mansion in beijing despite that, hmm) and now he is enjoying 3 meals per day with free, comprehensive security options.

Yeah,i can understand why its NON-SENSE FOR U..Complete nonsense.
It seems that some people live on stereotypes.
I disagree with Hu Jintao on plenty of issues, nobody has arrested me yet.
Yeah,i can understand why its NON-SENSE FOR U..
Take ur Plenty of issues and protest in front of Wu's residence and then come back here and say..Then i will agree China is a democratic country
will u do it Mr.chinese dragon?
I never claimed China was democratic.
What I said, is that you are talking absolute nonsense.
Hu is not the most powerful person in the world.
This comes from a fundamental ignorance of how decisions are made in China. The Chinese government is not a dictatorship. Hu doesn't hold the absolute power the likes of Mao and Deng did (and if you actually know Chinese history, you'll know that they also had nothing like total control over the CCP). The Chinese government today as with the Imperial officials of centuries past make decision based on consensus building and deference to expertise.
