What's new

How will the system work IF Imran khan is back. Bureaucracy will let them what IK want??

this english styled bureaucracy is the biggest curse for Pakistan. During the british raj this bureaucracy was known as steel frame of british east india company.

.
keeping in mind previous 3.5 years of IK govt it seems if they come back even with 2/3 they will not be able to correct the system which is corrupt to its core.
I have some questions
1. Judiciary (it will remain same you cant change whole system )(as for as i know)(Nawaz installed judges are example)
2. Bureaucracy ( it seams Punjab govt which installed its judges and officers at higher post will not let PTI work efficiently.) we already witnessed
3. Electable( it still looks PTI may be depending on electable for 2/3 (specially central Punjab , and Balochistan (sardari system) interior Sindh( and they are immensely corrupt and have no fear of impeachment)
4. Establishment (will they let it go that easy?? they had been ruling us since 65 i think or may be from the start)

he should simply shoot them all..

If IK will return winning elections his hands shall still be tied.
But if he wins by 2/3, then He can take these two steps:

1. Constitutional changes to bring presidential system.
2. Make smaller manageable provinces. This will break bureauocracy linkages.

Smaller provinces will bring huge soci

he should simply shoot them all..
Alas! it isnt possible ..
khair there are solutions without hurting any one. but as for as i think. the things are so bad it need surgery. china style.
kill the corrupt one with his own purchased bullet. put it in his head. no one will dare to do it again.
and we are much much in an era where recordings, cams can do very handy job.
but we need some one with will and power .

He should come back more mature, and ideally without making a messy coalition comprised of turncoats and establishment pets. He says he wants a 2/3s majority, but that’s not realistic in the current political context.

Hence, he’ll have to work around the current system. Which means operating within the confines of the constitution, not being able to centralise power due to the 18th (IMO this is a good thing for every province). And being subject to the usual legal review, and parliamentary and senate arithmetic.

One thing he will need to humble himself to do and which he has been very resistant to, is acting like a member of parliament. He is elected as an MNA into it, and from it he may be elected as PM. So far he’s shown a disliking for parliament, he only ever shows up if he’s got absolutely no choice, otherwise he sees it as beneath him - this has to change in the long run. All PMs must run the show via parliament, and in the end this also speaks to having enough of a presence in the NA to be able to pass bills as opposed to being heavily reliant on time constrained ordinances, although I see that he had no choice in the latter in his last run as PM.

U r right, the system is rotten, it doeant even let an honest PM fix it. The only solution is to have a presidential system where the president is powerful and can reform judiciary, bureaucracy, military, police, local governance etc.

Imran Khans has learned
Nun and ppp made this narrative he is silly...but Imran Khan is very knowledgeable and knows the Big Picture which none in the PDM has even heard.
He has this problem of obstinacy... but may be even that was not without reason.

No he can't. To make fundamental changes in constitution or essentially a new constitution you need dastoor saaz assembly which is different.

So unless he has a Constituent assembly even if he wins all the seats all the amendments will be with in the basic framework laid by constitution.
I think you are not correct. Constitution can be changed, you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Ruling from the start evident from Gen Gracey denying the orders of Qaid i Azam

I say if they dont work, remove there perks these are all leaches
How to remove ?

The stage at which Pakistan is right now (economically) there can't be any if or but. Heads put roll or else you'll witness SriLanka Part 2 on a much greater scale. Tough economic decisions must be taken or.......
Who is responsible for all this chaos ?

Our Judges are as close to being above the law as anyone in our society. They know the law so well that they can cloak their untoward deeds in a cloud of grey matter and uncertainty and get away with alot. If they were so inclined to and we’ve not even mentioned Mr Bajwa , what to do with him ?
It is evident from Faiz Esa case that all the judges are above the law that you can not ask for means of their assets

He will once the Senate is up for re-election. Perhaps he can pass legislation to curtail the powers of judiciary.
He will not be allowed 2/3 majority by mafias
New laws and changes in existing laws are desperately needed. If Khan sb gets 2/3rd majority, he will be able to do so without needing anyone. Once new laws are passed, Bureaucracy, courts, and the judicial system need to be fixed.
Leave corruption aside, instead fix the system in such a way that no one can be able to bypass laws, or manipulate it to their advantage, No other country can interfere in your matters, no turncoats and floor crossing. Once the system is fixed, corruption will automatically reduce. Look at the future, jo ho gaya ha so ho gaya ha.

thats a valid point. i have been of same opinion. some times IK act like a King. thats not a very mature gesture. and one thing IK is surrounded by flatterers, he only want to listen that he is all good. that is hurting his relation with his loyal workers.

Study Reis Erdo'an to learn how to make a change to the "tutelage" system built by the West to pursue the neo-colonial rule in the postmodern era. It's doable provided the political leadership has the will to sacrifice for the Hak via the Halal means...

Change is easy

Identify
Expose
Isolate
Destroy.

No enemy must be left
easy said than done. when these crooks are targeted they run to their father (USA) then come human rights, FATAF... and so on.
if i had a choice i would have target them. identify , and target .. assassinate . there is no other way. it may bring a bit of chaos but in the end it will bring harmony. in sha ALLAAH

Nothing in life is easy
Either you want change or you don't.
If you want it then you have to fight and fight hard. Your enemies won't make it easy.or you can please the enemies and die a slow but sure death

I think what state needs to do is, prepare for a default.

We are going to default soon. We need to learn to survive on our own resources. State of Pakistan should sit together all investors, businessmen and tycoons and ask them to invest in projects which ensure our survival. We need to be self sufficient in food production and health. No cooking oil or tea imports, no nothing. 100% demand to be fulfilled locally. Imports only for raw materials, health or Machinery for setting up plants.

No imports tiles, no jacuzzies, no imported sinks and basins, no imported luxury cars, no imported nothing unless it is being used in something which can help us EARN DOLLARs. No cat food, dog food, car polishes, cosmetics, soaps etc. Use everything made in Pakistan. Anything which is allowed to be imported should must have absolutely no domestic substitute or it can be used to manufacture something which gets exported against dollars. No consumables to be purchased in dollars. Only raw materials for value addition and subsequent EXPORT only. No domestic use.
