EPR and EBR started fighting when they were attacked and killed. I am not against independence. A war was inevitable because of idiot west pakistani generals and politicians. Pakistan is still paying for this. Anyway Pakistan chapter was over since 16th december, 71. It is a random muslim country to me now. Today i am a proud Bangladeshi, proud of 1971. However i have problem with awami version of independence.. I dont need to describe it to you, bro. You know about sheikh and his family very well. Today Fakhrul islam said, BNP was born, because awami league was failed.. No one here hates Bangladeshi nationalism , we have allergy against Bangali nationalism. I may sound idiot but this why 1975 happened. You may say secularism is best. But bro, open two fb fan page. One secular bangladesh and another islamic bangladesh. You will get 50 times more members in the later page. So? Are We democracy then?? Nope. Our life style controlled by so called atheist - sushil shomaj. Today awami league spreads propaganda that we earned independence for secularism. All bs. People fought against killers, rapists not against islam. I have problem with all this awami lie.
I have stated some of the implications of the then military of Pakistan where Bengali officers served. Most of us can agree that the creation of Bangladesh was inevitable under those circumstances.
I don't know about the Awami League. All I know is that they have a very ****** history. Various newspaper articles about the Mujib era are literally packed with lies. It is very shameful and dishonorable that some senior people manipulate history for their own benefit.
The only good thing is that terrorists are being dealt with properly, but then RAB was created during the previous BNP administration. They are just doing their job.
Regarding the AL's view of religion, it is confusing. I mean, they claim to be secularists, and yet they didn't establish diplomatic relations with Israel even after Israel offered establishing diplomatic relations! Confusing! The AL appears to be a very poorly organized party, along with a poor vision. And frankly, I am indifferent to religion since it was never a threat to Bangladesh in anyway.
The only reason for them going strong now is because they have some powerful backers. But then, the BNP coming back to power is not impossible or anything. It might be likely in the next elections seeing how unpopular the AL currently is. They have failed on many fronts already. Most of ministers are a bunch of money making wackjobs anyways. They don't do their jobs as per job description.
But then, it is fair to say the BNP isn't without faults either. Those two women have wrecked serious havoc in Bangladeshi politics over the years. Although, the AL tends to be more manipulative. But overall, both the parties are mostly filled with dumbasses. As long as those two
netris are around, not much would progress.
This is what it all boils down to for India haters in Bangladesh even though they fail to admit it but give away in their posts.
Why do you guys always have to bring India into almost every single discussion? Faarhan never mentioned the word India in the reply to my post, it was purely a Bangladeshi matter. Stop poking and trolling into our affairs!
