How to recover Pakistan's Economy

I am sure there are some economists here so how can we recover Pakistan's Economy.How can we improve the growth of economy..Do we need Chinese type iron fist government to improve economy..?
PS: This is strictly for Pakistanis, Chinese only as Indians will start flaming here.

Do opposite of whatever IMF tells Pakistan to do.
NEVER do anything demanded or suggested by World Bank, IMF, ADB etc. Think independently, and follow the advice of domestic technical persons like Dr. Samar Mubarakmand, but not the advice of foreign experts.
