In my opinion the Arab nations should be establish Arab Security Assistance Force (ASAF) for Libya and its goal is to secure Libyan cities and Strategically sensitive areas and oil ports and train a professional Libyan army and eliminate the terrorists and militias, and consist of neighboring Arabian states military

And the ASAF is not going to be in Libya only but will operate in any Arab nation that here army cannot defend it self against terrorism

Really there is no solutions as long as the ones who armed and trained them (US, France and NATO) continue to protect them...
Tunisia's security is Algeria's too. Both countries are doing everything to lower the Libyan nuisance, and both are committed to keep Libyan in check. Because at the end of the day, we can only count on ourselves.

the west doesn't want peace to restore to Libya they want Libya to divide and then win their oil...

Im not a big fan of Gaddafi, he wasnt an angel (but who is?). But fact of the matter is:
He gave free healthcare and education to his people and tried to get rid of the backward tribalism.
He did some bad stuff as well, but look at Libya now after NATO intervention and backing of terrorists.

Libya's state structure is completely disintegrating because of tribal warlords that are competing against each other. Innocent people getting caught in the middle because of the greed of those backward tribal terrorists.

At least Gaddafi imposed some order and knew how to deal with the terrorists.
He was an iron-fist, but thats exactly what the Libyan state needed. No matter how harsh that sounds. :/

Now Libya has de facto ceased to exist because of NATO and in particular the bastard French.

It's very easy for Egyptian djihadist to get shoulder pads and ammunition from Libya to Egypt but not in Algeria?

Algeria just caught weapon smugglings whereas Tunisia and Egypt couldn't do that so Algeria proved to have military professionalism and could teach Tunis-Egypt how to beat terrorism and control borders?
