China have also displayed 400km range ARM SAM, which have created possibility of a long range ground launch ARM with 3rd party data update in NCW environment to take out Ground based radars.

Nope, with several type of 3rd party systems assisting the weapon in NCW will make it very lethal, also it will be used in conjunction of many types of weapons system making hard for enemy to defend, it will allow Pakistan to expose positions of Indian FCRs and other Air defense assets.

You are overestimating the capability of ARMs in the surface to surface role. Even air launched ARMs are so unpredictable and are easily defeated, whereas the ARM you are talking about is this big and bulky system that can be easily confused and can barely manoeuvre once fired.

An ARM SAM works because the target is illuminated using the ARM's ground radar and gets updates with datalink for mid course guidance, but that's not the case with a surface to surface ARM.

But you are free to pursue it.

Your post shows you didn't understand how I intended it to customized and WOR with 3rd party data link, Pakistan can deploy various type of weapons to in NCW environment with EW in place to create huge problems for Indian air defense, once FCR is exposed defending it is not as easy as you think.
