They aren't. Only they are the biggest group of people other people go after for whatever benefits they like to get. As the result, the racism from the whites is more likely to be felt. Few people care about the racism from people who live in slums.

There is no way China is accepting Hindutvas and other destroyers of civilization and public safety. China will remain homogeneous. There can be immigration to China from East Asia, because those are Chinese colonists returning home. Yet, China is 1.4 billion and has to be concerned about food security and over population. So China was full at 400 million people. You believe a country that did "forced abortions" for decades to stop over population growth that previously resulted in famines from lack of food... is going to allow foreigners in, China is super careful about planning and growth. Trying to shame China into open borders is a waste of time.
