How Pakistan will train DRONE PILOTS of future?

In future, there will be more drone pilots than regular fighter, transport or helicopter pilot.
1. How PAF should plan the transition as alot more pilots would be flying/controlling UAV and UCAV than regular jets! (MALE UAV is coming)

2. Even PA would need a large number of pilots for shahpar,uqaab, jasoos plus upcoming drones . Even a PA company level would be using mini drone and helicopters !
3. PN would also have to step up as its assets and responsibilities are increasing manifolds. What do you guys think?

One benefit of drones is that they have a very long flight time meaning they can stay in the air for 1-2 days. This means that instead of crossing LOC, Pakistani drones will have the range to fly down into the Indian Ocean and then infiltrate Indian airspace from Calcutta, Chennai, or somewhere they would not expect enemy aircraft.

A rtrd Navel Cmdr once told, Pakistan has so many advance defence program. But very low profile. Don't believe in display everything for some security concerns.

As for the Turkish drones, they are going autonomous thanks to AI, Deep Learning etc. in a networked environment. Moreover, communications with the High Command are via secured micro-satellites links with adequate redundancies. So, no baby sitting from the ground stations will be required....

Pakistan is going to need dedicated satellite connection either from a third party or launch its own.

Drone warfare is the new frontline and Pakistan would do well to invest ASAP.

it’s interesting to see even countries like Iran, KSA and UAE heavily investing in their drone programs. Pakistan typically is ahead of the pack in strategy I hope same applies here

Unfortunately we are not ahead of Iran and Turkey on drones. However we are ahead of India so that is good news.

Unmanned and autonomous are not the same thing

An autonomous drone is a UAV but not every UAV is autonomous

What Pakistan needs to do to is to remove drones from its Air Force budget and make it a completely separate budget allocation, so you would have Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Pakistan Drone Force (PDF) which will be run completely separately.

When Pakistan considers drones as part of Air Force, drone program gets very little money. When you separate it, drone program will get a lot more money allocated to it. It's the same reason South Punjab should be made a separate province from Punjab, so that drones can be separate from Air Force budget and get more money and resources allocated to it like South Punjab.
