While the world's powers are increasingly moving toward "A.I" operated Unmanned Air Systems, we here in Pakistan seemed to be more focused on drone pilots than trying to either match the "curve," or get ahead of it. In my view, Pakistan needs to invest more in the study, research and perhaps in the coming future, the development of A.I piloted Combat Unmanned Air Systems. The likes of which we can already see in Russia's Okhotnik Su-70 C-UAS which is to work as a wingman to the Su-57 Frazors, American/Australian Loyal Wingman which would work in tandem with the F/A-18 E/F Super Hornets and so on.
Rather than playing "catch-up" to other powerful states, Pakistan ought be teaming up with Russia, China and other countries to learn and develop combat systems operated by A.I, in order to take the lead in our immediate neighborhood. I honestly don't know whether Pakistanis actually realize what is to come in the near future. Bravado and machismo can only take you so far, intellect and tact will decide your date in victory over your adversity.
I sincerely hope, that Pakistanis snap out of that "frog in the pond" mentality and start looking time and space from a dynamic intellectual point of view!!!
