I used to admire Tarek for his insight and courage to speak about the Pakistani society as he does, but he lost me when he came to India and talked about the same socialist bullshit that congress has been feeding us. Then he went to a VHP function uninvited and met Dr. Togadia and later twitted that Dr. Togadia says their goal is to kill all Muslims of India. That was such a bullshit. Dr. Togadia has been in public life long enough to know the do's and dont's of Indian society. He is not going to say that to a Pakistani gatecrasher of all the people in the world.

Tarek Fateh suffers from the same disease Indian fiberals suffer from. He seeks to equalize Muslim terrorists and Hindu fundamentalists. So if there is Taliban in Pakistan, then there has to be an Hindu equivalent, and the Mullah Omar of India is Dr. Togadia as per them. Any lie is not too big in the cause of this equalization.

The difference is, people of India protest against the rapes and murders and demand punishment for the criminals and they are eventually punished.
In India(like all other countries), you will hear about rapes and other crimes along with the news that the criminals are punished..
BUT in Pakistan, you will only hear about rape cases i.e only accusations, the cases never go beyond that as rape is not regarded as a crime unless it's done in practically full public view(min. 4 witnesses required)

When I said RSS, I actually meant the organisations based on Hindu philosophy/ideologies in general.....
So, I was talking about the ideology that prompts them to black-face foreigners during valentines day, harass couples in parks in the name of Hindu/Indian culture, attack and beat up people in pubs.......
If you say RSS didn't do those things then you didn't condemn those either(with one exception regarding Sri Ram Sena)......
Since your's is an organisation based on Hindu philosophy/ideology, common people will hold you responsible for deeds of other organisations with similar ideologies......you/I can't help it......like we blame all Muslims(which includes the sufis) for the bad deeds of mainly the Sunnis......why? because we don't generally see them condemning the atrocities committed by those Sunnis onto other Muslims and non-Muslims......
Thus, for common people to notice your distinction from others, you have to be more active in denouncing those shameful activities of those radical Hindu organisations like Bajrang Dal, Sri Ram Sena etc....

Have you ever wondered why, in a Hindu majority Nation, Hindu organisations struggle to find support?........you can blame it on whom you call 'pseudo-seculars' while ignoring your own problem..........
The reason very few Muslims fear radical Islam is the same reason most Hindus fear radical Hinduism......
Now, why is it that, very few Muslims are against radicalization whereas most Hindus are against radicalization......the reason lies in the philosophies of both the religions........
I'm not going into right or wrong but only the difference..........Islam demands complete submission, by force if necessary, so, the children growing up on this ideology will be submissive to their religion and also demand others submission......they won't think otherwise with very few exceptions(those who perhaps somehow come in contact with other ideologies).................whereas Hinduism does not teach us forceful submission in any way and thus by nature Hindus are 'free spirits'......and when you start forcing your skewed ideologies onto other Hindus.....problem starts!

So the bottom-line is, 'stop teaching Hinduism to your fellow Hindus'......and you will be surprised by the growth of support to your organisation......

What thoughts? Nationalism? Of course I have always been nationalistic. You could not grow up in Maharashtra and not be nationalistic. She is not an extremist Hindu, just a brave and very articulate Hindu. Hindu extremism is an oxymoron.

You Obviously are misinformed those acts are committed by the VHP,Bajrang dal,MNS & Shiv sena,There are very few incidents in which RSS committed these kinds of acts like 1 in a million.RSS is engaged in Nationalism,Nation Building,Relief work etc granted there may be some rotten apples[1 in a million] but hey who doesn't have that
