No it hasn't , My batch mates (92batch NDA) are all serving and none have told me any different , If you have other knowledge do let me know.

The three services are very secular and calling them otherwise is a disservice to them . Religion and politics are rarely discussed by serving personnel .
There are some bad apples in the basket but are too disciplined to speak otherwise. its only when they retire do they act out. A civilian will never understand armys way of life. @Joe Shearer care to contribute?

Goes without saying; I've seen serving officers very, very conscious of staying straightforward and neutral between biases (religion being one of them). You have arch-Hindus commanding Muslims; you have Muslims present during the Dussehra celebrations; you have Sikhs looking after both sorts, and so on. There is usually a SarvaDharmaSthala at every permanent residential installation (=barracks), and it is taken very seriously.

I mentioned in an earlier post the very few examples of bigots I knew about.

Can you post me the actual link here- I am unable to click and see it for myself-Unless it is photoshopped.

Thanks for illustrating what I was trying to explain to @jbgt90
His intentions of posting that pic was to show people here that this was a hindu govt, yours i still do not know, but let me tell you a bit of history. The IA has been doing that from time immemorial, my father joined in 62 during the war and server for thirty odd yrs. He being a staunch Catholic used to perform pujas of weapons with his men and it was not considered a religious thing .
Like i said its difficult to make a civilian understand something about the Service.

You had once asked me a question a long time ago about how many secular people would standby muslims when the time came . I refer you to the anti CAA NRC protests , Millions of people in India came out and protested , the majority were Hindus. I could go on but i am tired and sleepy , just got out of quarantine . So catch you tomorrow Mate!!!

.

I spoke of one parsi girl.

And a Muslim jhopadpatti old enough to be her dad. Who somehow presumed they were tge same class ....

@xeuss here is a prime example of these types. @AfrazulMandal has this one thing going for him in comparison. His hate is strong enough not to be bolstered by misogyny.

They've got hardened by a lifetime of hate. But the police know their soft underbelly.

I forgot tagging him.

He used to be part of Shiv Sena or knew people from it.

@padamchen

I see.

So does Hafiz Saeed's Jamaat ud Dawah. Or actually a wing of it.

These are just tactics to legitimize their "work".

I am a lifelong Sainik.

You won't believe it, but I have attended a Shakha in the same way, when I tagged along with one of my school friends. It was just a 30 minute lecture attended by other school kids (after school program...lol). At the entrance, I was grilled on why I am there, but my friend talked his way inside.

You were definitely out of your mind that day to be venturing into that hate camp. Was it in Mumbai?

I was introduced as a new attendee at the start of the session with my name, and there was a visible shock on everyone's faces.
While you were at it, you should have given them a lecture on the benefits of Love Jihad. Like how Hindu sluts actually think which many of those RSS brahimcharees are unaware of (they haven't seen an actual cooter in their lives) :cheesy:

Padamchen doesn't speak his mind here. But I am sure when he sat with his friends/classmates for gossip he must have hypothetically chatted the wipe out of Muslims and how bad even educated Muslims are. Brought back memories of my friends.

You are right on that I do not speak my full mind here. But what I do choose to speak is true. I do not put on a pretence.

You are wrong about me sitting with my batch-mates planning a Muslim genocide.

They are military guys. They are trained professionals.

I am a trained professional.

You are mistaking me for some sort of genocidal Parsi Idi Amin.

There are better things to do in the real world.

Some you are still allowed to do. Some you can no longer do.

Not literally. Just gossip type casual remark out of anger. One guy was commenting offhand, "Just poison the river and the problem would be solved." That doesn't mean he would actually do it.
