Pakistan provides logistics, training and a safe-haven for the terrorist groups.

But I agree that India need not declare war against Pakistan. Let the Pakistanis punish themselves.

In fact, we can have an arms race with Pakistan which will do much more harm to Pakistan than it will do to India.

The individuals accused of 26/11 are believed to have support of elements from within ISI and PA.

It's not USA, it's self-interest.

There's no point in going for an all out war when we can do much more damage to Pakistan by other means.

we indians are not uncle sam's puppets yet..there are other nations who qualifies for this title rather than india.

In case of another Mumbai like attack, India will be left with very very few options other than going to war. By war here, I do not mean war in the conventional sense of the word.
