yaa i know i know actually i am from UP only... i have had them...

But my fav one is the fried ones i have them all the time in breakfast.
heheheh has a fren in US who is selling them to americans as indian noodles in some shop in US.

i had a fren from barielly appraently classmate of priyanka chopra... i heard she was a bhens back then.

Kudos to all my Indian (non-Muslim) friends on fb & elsewhere who 'congratulated' me on my Eid Mubarak fb status, & 'liked it' . I ran into one of my Indian friends from Gujarat today, & she shook my hand, & said 'congratulations'! Eid is not really a matter of being 'congratulated', but I accepted her good gesture & told her, 'tame logon ni diwali bo mast che, hamari Eid nathi itle achi'

But seriously, kudos to India & Indians everywhere, for embracing & being accepting (for the most part) to other cultures & religions, & this is what makes India great.

Aik bara saa paira bari mehnat say banatay hain (this is where whole trick lies) and ussay fry kartay hain. It automatically gets converted to thin noodles called pheonia. Then uss ko doodh mein sugar kay saath daal kar thora garam kar laitay hain. Mazay daar pheonia is ready.
