I have 6 cats all rescued and adopted from roads. They are indoor and outdoor cats as our neighborhood is quite safe. But let me tell you that, they never eat mice. Even if by chance they catch a mice, a sparrow or grasshopper, they kill it and throw it in our way as a gift. This is cats way of showing love, the thing she doesn't want to eat, she give it to you as present.
But cat don't eat mice unless they are full stray tomcats and trained to hunt mice. Even then they only kill and in return they get fed on farms. Care for the pets that you purchase or took from some poor cat.
