How different a Bengali Muslim is from a Pakistani Muslim?

No one of BD wants that really. We are happy if Pakistanis dont meddle in our affairs at all.

that was a mistake from the Founders of Pakistan .. should not have let BD part of Pakistan ..
but lets say they did not expect things the way they turn out to be ..
both Pakistani leadership and Bangladeshi .. but Mukti bani and their collaboration with Indians to kill their own , proves my point ..

To my own estimate in Pakistan, atleast 40% are really light skinned ; 50% are light tanned/caramel and 10% are dark skinned (mostly live in Sindh).
Say what ever you want!...People of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, SL, Afghanistan..etc are all Brown, of different shades...None of us are white.

Bangalis are still 10 time better than 99.9% indians

90% of Indians are 'idiots', Markandey Katju says - Times of India

Ok!..Fine lets say I agree...how about you agree to the 2 links I posted.....Lets not be selective.

My experience with Bangladeshi people in UK is very positive. I was surprised when i did find out that my Bangladeshi landlord speak fluent urdu when he was actually born in UK. Strange if you see how they actually opposed Urdu. He was owner of many restaurants. I once told him that why he sell wine in his restaurants when he is Muslim and his family very devout religious as they performed hajj many times but he said he do this for gora log but well certain thing i did not agree with him but we had great time as he treated me like brother. I had one Bengali girl who used to work with me and she invited me in her home many times for lunch/dinner as she knew my family is back home . When religion is common then halal/haram food, nikkah ceremony, death rituals , religious festivals , concept of modest clothes etc all become common even if people belong to different race/ethnicity or culture. My personal opinion is religion is main identity and is way of life which even dominate your culture to great extent

What a fantastic rational ,perfect opinion .

"Pakistan has become a Jurassic park": completely true !
"Pakistan is fake country" that's Pakistan Phobia, like 99.99% of indians

According to my friends who worked in GCC .Pakistani Muslims are tall ,well built and goodlooking .Bangladeshi Muslims are short ,well built , dark and not that good looking .I dont know if these is right. This is my friends opinion.

Their similarity is that they have same religion.
That's what most Pakistanis and even Indians (in US) think of Indians BTW. Those Indian's that are well-build or fair looking are often mistaken for Pakistani in Indian gathers (Coming from my Indian friend as she experienced it herself).

I read in PDF that Bengalis are way different from Pakistanis. I wonder how different are Bengalis compared to Pakistanis? Isn't Pakistan itself a multi ethnic country with several different cultures? Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashtun, Baloch, Tribal culture etc.
There are obviously many genetic differences, since we are living thousand of KMs apart. But aside that Bangalis I met in US are pretty awesome people and don't hold any prejudice or hatred against Pakistan. Infact they prefer to be friend with friend with Pakistani than with Indian, even tho some of them have families in India.

True, my bangali friend from university always extend invitation during Ramadan or any other special occasion in their house.

Can't blame him. The disease he has is called 'Identity crisis'.

It shows shows you Pakistan had no identity, Turkish are Turks, Iranians are Iranian, Saudis are Arabs, but Pakitanis? They are either (or as they claim :D) are Iranians, Turks, Arabs or Indians :). No identity called Pakistani.

Word Pakistani doesn't refer to an ethnicity. Pakistani is a citizenship.
Citizens of Pakistan, owing to country's historical position as a transit corridor for western armies to invade India, has seen a number of ethnicity arriving, mixing and eventually staying in what's known as modern Pakistan forming it's current diaspora.

We own who we are. A blend of diverse ethnic groups, living together as one. We draw strength from our"differences" and take pride in our history, heritage, culture, religion and the fact that we're unified as ONE under ONE green flag.

another beauty contest thread:D
hmm,,,,difference is obvious
Bangladeshis r chota n kala,,,like there hindu neighbours.
while majority Pakistanis r white n tall,,,related to turks,arabs n central asians:enjoy:

maybe thts coz mostly south Indians migrated to US,,,while north Indians prefer Canada

For him Turkey is just one step away from Pakistan :D

Turkey is geographically far but culturally and ethnically close (ever read about the waves of Turkic onslaughts on India? Guess which region served as their route and launching ground, or maybe they do't teach you this stuff in schools there).

In case of Bangladesh there was negligible to none interaction between people from modern Pakistan and Bangladesh. There was just no direct contact historically. Hence the cultural and racial gulf between the two nations.

Have you understood it or do i need to further dumb it down for you?

Say what ever you want!...People of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, SL, Afghanistan..etc are all Brown, of different shades...None of us are white.

Please don't try to lump us into the same category as you. Our physical features are poles apart.
This is not to imply we consider you as lesser human beings, it's just meant to clarify some realities.

Nothing common other than religion, both are beautiful in their own ways. Don't let aryan turkish descendant al-bakistanis on the previous pages tell you otherwise.
