How different a Bengali Muslim is from a Pakistani Muslim?

Probably as different as pakistani hindu from bangladeshi hindu.... there is huge difference in culture, food, language apart from the way they look.

There is no such thing as pure race. I can tell you 20% of bangladeshis looks more or less like pakistanis. Because both pakistan and bangladesh is indian land. we are basically indian muslims. of course huge migration happened. punjab is the gateway of indian sub continent. so pakistanis have more invaders blood. Good amount of migration happened to bengal as well. Percentage wise we have more dark skinned people because half of bangladeshis are basically local dalit convert muslims. Pakistan has its fair share of dark skinned people as well.
Not all bangladeshis are dark skinned nor all pakistanis are fair.

I disagree with the "All Pakistanis are Hindustani" statement. Pathans and Baluchis are pretty different. Punjabis also account for less than 5% of Hindustanis. We are pretty different.

Indians and Bengalis are one and same except few exceptions, difference with Pakistanis is larger except some exceptions. Afghans, Pakistanis, Indians and Bengalis have different levels of ASI, ANI, Indo-Iranian ancestry which give them different looks on average and also some similarities.

DNA map, see how Bengalis in blue are right in middle of majority of Indians.

If Pakistani spoke in urdu it doesn't mean he mistake him for pathan lmao, there is no such a thing as pathan looking bengali. As darker ASI influenced pathans don't look bengalis but more like Sindhis.

The difference between Bengalis and Punjabis is about 20-25% and its largely due to east Asian dna than ASI.The sample used in this chart is BEB from 100genome which is lower caste hindus sample from Dhaka,they lack indo Aryan related alleles and has slightly higher ASI than average Bangladeshis. There are three types of ANI in south Asian, one is from neolithic Iran and is present is every south Asians, another is from proto Indo aryans,which is only present in Afghans,Pakistanis,North Indians and Bangladeshis, but absent in South Indians and Balochis.There are some archaic ANI present in ASI as well.
ASI itself is around half ASE(ancestral south eurasian) and the other half contains archaic west eurasian dna, but the genealogist cant 100% confirm it because there arent any sample tested from paleolithic south Asia.
Based on some calculators on gedmatch,Bengalis have around 20-25% ASE compared to North Indian's 20-30%,South Indian's 28-40%,Pakistani-Punjabis 13-20% and Pashtun's 10-15%.

Genetically Bangladeshi muslims are like North Indian Kshatriyas or middle caste hindus,if you exclude 10-15% east Asian dna Bangladeshis score.
