@Skull and Bones well I did Molecular Biology and now am doing Plant genetics...Yes, stem cell is a good field...though I would suggest America as they have more resources...Though UK is also catching up....

however, it is costly in UK!

It's very hard to get into top ranked universities in US, plus tuition fees of top ranked schools are higher compared to 1 year taught PG in UK. Or US would have been more convenient i agree.

yea, it is cheaper in the long run to do 1 yr in UK as to 2 yrs in USA...well, she can try in Germany or Switzerland, it maybe 18 mths to 2 yrs but it will be cheaper...

Language problem in Germany, France and Switzerland. Maybe US will be the better option if she prepares well, specially when i intend to do my MS this fall from New York, US.

I think it caught cold or you over fed him. nonetheless animal kingdom is beautiful.

have you seen life of Pi ?

Yes I have seen it. We had dogs (don't keep it now because the pain when they die is unbearable). I have some cats now and I know how strange their behavior can be.Just like dogs cats also feel jealousy and protect their own territory like hell. I had a cat (just 6/7 months old) few years back old who risked his own life to save his three siblings from other hostile cats who were much bigger and stronger. Their mother left them too early and he too much strange to us,became the guardian of them. He gave his own fishes to his brothers and sisters and wait till they finish.
The little soul used to come to my father (who was his best friend) with severe bloody injuries after fighting with other cats to save his much younger brother and sisters. And my father gave him medicines. But this brave soul too left us too early. After his death (he was just seven months old) his brother used to be the soft target of others but fortunately he survived and he is the don of our area now:lol:

awesome man, they have a soul, if you look into their eyes, it more than a mere reflection of oneself. Life of Pi

we got kitties too...I remember we allowed only 1 in the house and she thought she was the owner of the house...she would beg to be fed in doors not with the other kitties and then roam around the house looking for mischief...

My dad found it fun to let her in when he woke up for breakfast (6am) while the rest of the house was asleep...She particularly liked my room would come in to bounce on my bed! Literally! bounce about to wake me up coz she knew if I woke up I would give her cat food to keep her out of my bed! sly kitty!

On the way back from canteen we found a baby bird and I picked it up ...the nest was on some high tree so I wanna know if anyone has SUCCESSFULLY raised one and what was it fed? :what:

Cheeseburgers ! :ashamed:

Hate to be a party pooper, but the baby bird is no longer on the scene... thread closed. Keep such talk limited to Naswarville. Thank you!
