You are talking to people who support the killers and then claim on this very forum that killing their enemies is their right. Talk to any MQM sympathizer here and ask them why their party target killed all officers who were involved in successful 1996 operation against their terror, and they respond with glee that it was alright to kill.

You need to understand their gutter mentality. For that, you need to live among them.

MQM only agenda is to be in every govt. They have no principle or ethics. If they had those, they would have worked hard to resolve Karachi law and order situation. They were in govt and soon will be and the governor of Sind is also from MQM. They are not serious about resolving this problem. They do their politics in this status quo and there is no one better in Pakistan to do this politics of dead bodies than MQM.

Firstly please keep all discussion amongst countrymen and brothers civil. All of you know my track record on this forum and you know that I speak the truth. You also know that I don't support the MQM although I have voted for them in the past.
Whilst I fully agree that most of the activities of MQM are highly abhorrent and need to be condemned I also believe that on the Pakistani political scene such activities are considered the norm. For instance do you in all honesty believe that MQM is the only party that takes bhatta from the awam for its activities. I know for a fact that PML does the same in Punjab and PPP in the Interior of sindh. You talk of torture but do you know what happens to people that defy the PMLor PPP bigwigs. You talk of land mafia but is there no land mafia in punjab working under the Wattoos or in the interior sindh. You talk of MQM talking about division of sindh but have you not heard the talk and chants of Pakistan na khappay in sindh. What is Sindhu desh party and what are their links to India and why are they only active when PPP is not in power?. Do you not have an antistate insurgency in Baluchistan.? So why is MQM ALONE blamed for all the ills in the society. If you want justice it should be the same justice from khyber to Hyderabad. Not different yardsticks for different folk. If you implement justice then everyone including MQM will be forced to toe the line otherwise be content with Jabba the hut, the talibans, the bugtis and the Marris and the Wattoos and last but not the least Ganja shareef and Ghaddaries ruling the roost in Pakistan.
