Historic Hindu temple attacked in Pakistan

Bt he still a human,& we should give him, love!
Any one had done this, should be brought to justice & should be punished!

The same logic should be applied to an Ahmadi as well.. Isn't it?

Sorry, but I did not understand what you said.

Anyways what he is saying isn't wrong. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!

That's exactly the phrase I was looking for! You summed the whole thing up well in that one sentence.

I can understand that and no body is throwing stones.. A thread is opened and discussed and that's making few of you Pakistanis to take defense in India.. Quite brave, I must say!!

Look at the first post in the thread, one of your fellow bharatis brought in india into the discussion!

Ok, the stone was thrown by Pakistani news sources themselves if you have not noticed till now.. Funny to see you people trying to seek defense of such actions in India.. Guilt conscious people often take that route..

Damn dude, just how many much longer are u gonna play 'ping pong' with who did what and not answer the question!?

I see everyone else presenting valid facts to back their claims but that certainly doesn't include u guys. It's starting to look pathetic really.

As for your "question", India is secular by law, but the society is getting there. Having said that India is still miles ahead than its sub continental neighbours as far as religious tolerance is concerned. As the population gets more literate and prosperous, the excuses for religious tension will go away, it already has and situation is improving with every passing year.

Muslims in India are better off than Muslims in so called Islamic countries. More Muslims die in sectarian violence in Islamic nations than religious tension in India.

.
Wow you just had to let the entire argument spiral out of control didn't you? How is my ethnicity related to anything? Pakistani?Chinese? whatever, how does it even matter one bit to the argument?

For the record I'm Hindu too. Yet my simple question is, haven't Muslims in India been subjected to as much trauma as Hindus in Pakistan? Yet most of your posters seem to be chest thumping patriots and Hindu nationalists condemning the Pakistanis outright. You can't have your Ku Klux Klan and champion black rights at the same time u know.

Don't generalize Islamic countries, I live 30 minutes away from one and there is no sectarian violence over there. In fact, you guys would take another century before u can catch up to countries like Malaysia.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Just because something like this happened in India doesn't mean we loose the right to condemn similar incident in Pakistan. Cause Pakistanis sure as heck complain if something happens in India.

Well Malaysia is obviously the ideal case and an exception. And no India doesn't need a century to catch up to Malaysia as far as religious tolerance and secularism is concerned. We are just as good if not better.I ll wait till a Hindu Malaysian becomes President of Malaysia.

Actually its does, like a Pakistani think tank here mentioned, being candid about ones identity is precursor for a rational discussion, so that we can provide proper examples.

For the record I'm Hindu too.

Ok!

Yet my simple question is, haven't Muslims in India been subjected to as much trauma as Hindus in Pakistan?

How are we supposed to quantify the trauma here?

Keep that in mind.

He meant Islamic theocratic states. Last i checked Malaysia was a secular nation.

Unless you have facts to back up that Malaysia a century ago was like India in 2012, you"ve made heavy opinion here. So back it up

.
@jbond197 Why do you need to bring up nationality here? Does it even matter?

.
^^^ Oh dear. I meant in the argument. Why does it matter if he is Chinese, Pakistani, or Bangladeshi?

.
No dude, u'd be surprised at the level of tolerance in Malaysia. Sectarian violence is unheard of and there is hardly any tension between the 3 ethnicities.

Don't the Chinese there complain of being treated as 2nd class citizens?

Not as seamless as what we have this side of the border, but comparing India to Malaysia is like comparing Darth Vader to Mickey Mouse.
You guys actually have genocides taking place once in awhile masked as religious or sectarian riots.
That hasn't happened in ASEAN in years!

If India is having genocides once in a while , then why is UN being silent and not declaring it as so? :)

Yes I agree, a Hindu won't become the Prime Minister of Malaysia in a long time, and they don't deny that either.

I thought the discussion was about religious tolerance here, and finally you admit your argument was wrong

Still it doesn't change the fact that they provide a way higher quality of living for their people than India does. If they didn't you guys wouldn't be heading there in planeloads either

Malaysia has higher HDI which is known fact.

For an Islamic country, one can even find the best pork dishes in Malaysia, targeted at the Chinese Malaysian community and Singaporeans. The Muslims don't really get all too upset that it's there, they are perfectly secure in their faith. That level of tolerance I'm afraid will not exist in India.

Cow meat is avaliable in many Indian states

.
It gives the perspective..Like an Indian views on things are lot different from an Pakistani's view or a Chini's view..

Btw, the shameful liar Chini is claiming himself as Hindu just for the heck of it even when he revealed a different identity on another thread.. I can see how shameful it might be for him to be true to his real identity..

Liar is that your mannerism.. Faking yourself..

When did I lie about what? Singaporean of Indian and Thai origin and Hindu. LOL you guys are starting to becoming amusement really. You can't provide one valid argument to anything I said and you evade the questions with everything irrelevant. Just goes to show how secure u really are in yourselves.
