While it's true Hindu right wings as a general don't have much brain in them, but the story is product of sheer stupidity. Throughout the history insurgencies have been quelled only by extreme force and laws like AFSPA.

State aggressiveness shouldn't be count as part of history as some issues are rendered by the state itself, AFSPA applications emphasizes that there is no liberalism, secularism, democracy & freedom within state and all those voices are suppressed by AFSPA by so called secular and democratic government. RW is the product formed by underwater stones of governance means establishment to get favour of people over state’s black laws using national inheritances with ethnic and religious Obduracy.

The Wikileaks diplomatic cables have recently disclosed that Indian government employees agree to acts of human rights violations on part of the Indian armed forces and various paramilitary forces deployed in the north east parts of India especially Manipur.
