An Indian analyst, in a piece published in Hindustan Times, has acknowledged that the Indian spy agency the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) has ties with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Bharat Karnad, professor for national security studies at the Centre for Policy Research and author of “Why India is Not a Great Power (Yet)”, writes, “Severing relations with TTP will mean India surrendering an active card in Pakistan and a role in Afghanistan as TTP additionally provides access to certain Afghan Taliban factions.”

This, he added, together with “the Abdul Ghani regime’s desire for India’s presence and the tested friendship with Abdul Rashid Dostum and his Tajik-dominated ‘Northern Alliance’, ensures that no solution for peace in Afghanistan can be cobbled together without India’s help”.

Pakistan has been promoting terror in our country from the time it became independent. And you think we should keep quiet. We are not running around with Guns or doing suicide attacks to kill people there. It's muslims killing muslims. Go ask them why they are killing their fellow Muslims. It's the same case in Middle East. Hindus are not running with Bomb jackets. If you have cancer in your body you can't blame the external people feeding the cancer. Indians are not caught in Terror attacks across the world.

Are most terrorists in India Muslims? I had the chance to look at this following yet another avoidable incident last week.

On April 1, Nigeria’s ambassador to India responded to a comment made by Union minister Giriraj Singh, who said: “If Rajiv Gandhi had married a Nigerian lady and not a white-skinned woman, would the Congress have accepted her leadership?” The remark revealed the casual racism that is so commonplace in India.

Nigeria’s ambassador OB Okongor was upset enough to say, “I believe the prime minister will do right thing on this. I am not going to lodge protest.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi ignored it – once again, as those who have observed his conduct on such things will have noticed – though the media was naturally outraged.

You are right. The whole world & every religion has problem with Muslims, so if India also has problem is't something abnormal or different. You have to ask why is it with everybody. Is there something wrong with the whole world & every religion.

And for everything you are pointing at our internal matters. What has it got to do with BD. I have spoken about exporting cross border terror. No Hindus or Indian terrorists are caught anywhere in the world. Your internal terror is far worse. If you have any proof of an Indian or Hindu terrorist caught anywhere in the world, kindly show me. Do you want me to show your people. Ask me if you need more or don't waste my time by foolishly showing our internal matters.

Every country will have internal problems especially when there is different cultures, languages & beliefs. But if you are exporting hatred & terror against other countries, then there is something wrong with your beliefs & practices. There is no Hindu terrorist groups in BD but Muslim terrorist groups are there not only in the countries they reside as minority but also with in their country even if they are majority. Why

If anyone is to believe that those fleeing refugees are all family members of ASRA militants, chances are that they are dumber than a pile of bricks.

মিয়ানমারে চলমান রোহিঙ্গা সংকটের মধ্যেই দেশটির রাখাইন রাজ্যে হিন্দু সম্প্রদায়ের লোকদের যে গণকবর পাওয়ার খবর বেরিয়েছে তাতে উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করেছে ভারত। সেইসঙ্গে এই ঘটনার সঙ্গে যারা জড়িত তাদের বিচার দাবি করেছে নয়াদিল্লি।

ভারতের পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের মুখপাত্র রাভীশ কুমার শুক্রবার এ দাবি জানান। তিনি বলেন, মিয়ানমারের স্টেট কাউন্সিলরের দফতর থেকে প্রকাশিত বিবৃতির মাধ্যমে আমরা জানতে পেরেছি, গণকবরের সব লাশ হিন্দু সম্প্রদায়ের লোকদের। এ ছাড়া গণমাধ্যমে প্রকাশিত এ সংক্রান্ত খবরও তারা প্রত্যক্ষ করেছেন বলে উল্লেখ করেন।

তার দেশ যেকোনো ধরনের সন্ত্রাসী কাজের নিন্দা জানায় উল্লেখ করে কুমার বলেন, ‘চলমান দ্বন্দ্বে বেসামরিক লোকদের টার্গেট করা হচ্ছে এমন যেকোনো ধরনের সন্ত্রাসী কাজের তীব্র নিন্দা জানাচ্ছি আমরা। এই অপরাধের সঙ্গে জড়িতদের সরকার বিচারের আওতায় আনতে পারবে বলে আমরা আশা করছি। আমরা এও আশা করছি, সংশ্লিষ্টদের পরিবারকে নিরাপত্তাসহ সম্ভাব্য সব ধরনের সহযোগিতা দেওয়া হবে।’
প্রসঙ্গত, মুসলিম অধ্যুষিত রাখাইন রাজ্যে সম্প্রতি একটি গণকবরের সন্ধান পাওয়া গেছে এবং সেই গণকবরে থাকা সব লাশ হিন্দুদের বলে জানায় মিয়ানমার সরকার।

রাভীশ কুমার আরো বলেন, ‘মিয়ানমারের আক্রান্ত লোকদের জন্য আমরা উদ্বেগ জানিয়েছি। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পরিবারগুলোকে যথাযথ ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়া উচিত।’
এনডিটিভির খবরে বলা হয়েছে, ভারত ও বাংলাদেশ রোহিঙ্গা ইস্যুর ওপর নজর রাখছে বলেও তিনি উল্লেখ করেন।
